All my products are hand-made in small batches in my (EHO approved) home kitchen in Liverpool to ensure absolute freshness and quality. I like to think my products are a little bit unusual and offer something different. Part of my range is seasonal and only available at certain times of the year. I use high quality ingredients and no e numbers! I recommend keeping my products in the fridge once opened.
At present they are available via my market stall at Lark Lane farmers’ market every 4th Saturday in the month; and a small range are also stocked by The Liverpool Cheese Company www.liverpoolcheesecompany.co.uk; & HomeBaked Anfield. Online shop coming soon!
Red, Red, Red – Tomatoes, chilli, smoked paprika, and red onions combine to create a ketchup for grown-ups!
Balsamic Onion Relish – Sticky caramelised onions with caraway, cloves and balsamic. Amazing with sausages, it’s excellent with cheese.
Spiced Plum Chutney – Softly spiced with cinnamon, this is particularly good with blue cheeses or cold roast chicken.
Pear & Date Relish – Very Moorish! Cumin, red onion, carrot and the sweet pears mix with the almost toffee dates to produce something special.
Spicy Apple Chutney – Hotter than you might think, this is really scrummy. Goes with everything but is particularly good with Cornish pasties & cheese on toast.
Orange & Cointreau Marmalade – A generous slug of Cointreau lifts this marmalade above the average. Great for Sundays!
Pink Grapefruit & Ginger Marmalade – For ginger fans! Sweet and hot but deliciously tangy.
Raspberry & Peach Jam – Intense fresh raspberry with the softness of peach. Not too sweet but very fruity. Try on warm brioche with unsalted butter.
Very Berry Jam – A real taste of summer. Blueberries, blackberries and strawberries with a hint of lemon. Recommended on toast to make your morning special!
Plum & Mulled Wine Jam – A winter warmer that’s popular all year round! Try with clotted cream and a scone for a delicious teatime treat.

I also make fabulous fresh curds with free-range eggs, butter, sugar and fruit. Nothing else! These have a short shelf life of 6 weeks. I always have lemon curd, but I also make strawberry, cranberry, blood orange & lime curds. During the summer I produce a range of fresh pestos – almond & parsley, basil & pine nuts, wild garlic & hazelnut. These also have a short shelf life.
